Assist the Associate Director in the administration of four High School Programs offered by Summer Term. Manage the student application process, make admission decisions, oversee customer service functions, and run program check-ins. Create, develop, organize, and manage program activities. Supervise student workers and advise students on academic and social issues. Support the Director and the Associate Director in the day-to-day operations of the Summer Term office.
Requires: B.A./B.S., Masters Degree preferred, enthusiasm and the ability to effectively communicate on behalf of Boson University to the community at large, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to interview, select, train and supervise student workers, strong computer skills, and one to three years of related experience. This position involves frequent evening and weekend hours during the eight weeks of the summer program, including chaperoning student activities.
