The Project Manager will be responsible for direct data collection and overseeing the daily operations of the Framingham Heart Study Neurology projects. Primary data collection responsibilities will include administering neuropsychological tests and scoring/entering these data and writing case reports for diagnostic meetings. Primary management responsibilities include supervising research assistants who are also testing and writing reports, working closely with the investigators to keep the operations running smoothly and identify areas for operational improvement. The management of the project needs to be in concert with the research objectives and adhere to Framingham and BU's policies and procedures. The applicant needs to demonstrate ability to be organized, think flexibly, handle multiple details/ideas, and understand how theoretical concepts translate into on-the-ground operations. Willing to work non-traditional hours which could include some nights and weekends.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelors degree, with strong preference for a Masters degree, some experience in research with 2-3 year history of management experience.
