Performs upper-level project management duties of considerable complexity in any of a large variety of agencies, divisions, or departments, with responsibility for planning, budgeting, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling personnel, material, and physical resources to achieve project objectives. Specifically, Project Managers manage discreet projects or multiple projects rather than fixed teams of personnel.

Negotiates, manages, and administers the County Leasing Program.
Processes agreements, amendments, modifications, extensions and terminations for Board consideration.
Manages and resolves complaints involving County leases.
Assists client with identifying suitable space for service delivery.
Manages the County Lease portfolio.
Develops and manages policies, procedures and guidelines for the Leasing Program.
Supervises subordinate staff.
Directs land agents and land technicians for special projects.
Provides client with lease abstract and reviews client responsibilities.
Maintains costs and history of County leased properties.
Performs other related duties as required.

Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of project management.
Considerable knowledge of the functions, activities, requirements and objectives of the specific project/program to which assigned.

Bachelor's degree with a major in Real Estate, Business Administration, Public Administration or Planning
Four years of program/project management experience in either negotiations of commercial or government leasing or in property management programs.
Master's degree; and
Three years of program/project management experience in either negotiations of commercial or government leasing or in property management programs.
Associate's degree; and
Six years of program/project management experience in either negotiations of commercial or government leasing or in property management programs.
Graduation from high school or possession of a GED Certificate; and
Seven years of program/project management experience in either negotiations of commercial or government leasing or in property management programs.
