Adecco is currently recruiting for a property assistant for a commercial real estate company. The selected candidate will be the main point of contact for Maintenance and Property Managers. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, customer service oriented, have excellent verbal/written communication skills with a strong attention to the details, strong organizational skills, and have the ability to proofread documents for completion and accuracy. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills a must. Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Property Management Accounting Software (Yardi) are required.

Job duties/responsibilities include:
Manage owner¿s websites
Act as a liaison between Property Management and Accounting staff.
First round of accounts receivable collection calls
Prepare invoices for recurring rent payments including CAM charges/reconciliations, CPI increases, and any other changes to rent amounts due to expansions, reductions and terminations.
Filing and maintaining an organized database.
Collect updated tenant contact information, certificates of insurance and sales reports.
Support Maintenance Supervisors ¿ collecting/tracking timesheets and mileage reports
Management Agreements ¿ track, distribute, and upload to network and investor website.
Track critical lease information and report necessary information to managers
Schedule meetings and take detailed notes
Review monthly reports and meet with managers.
