Community Manager – The individual must have previous experience managing an apartment community, strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, experience with financials and reporting and good computer skills. Experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties a plus!
Business Manager - The individual must have 1-3 years previous experience in apartment property management, excellent customer service skills and good computer skills. Experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties a plus!
Assistant Manager - This is a great entry level position for someone who is looking to start a career in property management. No property management experience is required, just customer service experience, good computer skills and a great attitude!
Maintenance Technician – The individual must have a minimum of 2 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience. HVAC certification preferred. Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation. Applicants must pass a maintenance technician test.
Maintenance Director - The individual must have a minimum of 4-5 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience with prior supervisory experience. HVAC/CPO certification perferred. Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation. Applicants must pass a maintenance test.
