Manages, plans, develops, and maintains the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department; including involvement with Operations in matters concerning quality control inspection, product stability, and documentation. Ensures that products released meet the desired quality specifications and attributes per customer requirements
The QA Supervisor also assists in root cause analysis investigations of any out of spec products and works to improve current processes using data collected, and applying problem-solving techniques.

Develops and maintains quality assurance plans by conducting analysis; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, corrective actions, and verification procedures.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification.
Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans. Report findings and make recommendations for change to Management.

Pioneer Natural Resources is an EEO/AA Employer

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry preferred.
8 years’ experience in quality control management in related industry. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must be able to train, develop and manage staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
