The position requires at least a Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of prior-related work experience.
Substitution of Experience for Education Permitted (Non-faculty only)
This position performs for the direct support of computers and technology equipment of the Associate of Science division to include: (1) computer support (troubleshooting, repairing and imaging), (2) supporting classroom equipment such as smart boards, printers, projectors and any other peripherals, (3) assistance finding and keeping track of college property in the DM A.S. division database, and (4) other duties as assigned by the Lab Supervisor.
Prefer applicants with: (1) an associate's degree or higher in an IT related field, (2) at least two years of computer support experience, (3) proficiency working with Symantec Ghost (building, storing and deploying images), (4) experience with network analyzers (Fluke) patch panels and PCs, and (5) strong customer service experience and communication skills. Industry certifications and licenses (e.g. A+, Network+, and CCNA) are a plus.

This position works in the academic computer science department with faculty, staff and students.
