This position requires at least a bachelor's degree and no less than two years of prior work related experience.
Substitution of Experience for Education Permitted (Non-faculty only)
The position develops, schedules, markets, plans, implements and evaluates continuing education programs and/or workforce course.
Prefer applicants with: (1) professional license and/or certification in Finance, Insurance, Real estate, Manufacturing, Construction or other related areas, (2) experience with professional state or national regulated organizations, (3) fluently bilingual with Spanish and English, (4) strong organizational and project management skills, and (5) ability to manage multiple priorities and essential computer skills.
Supplemental Job Information
This position is responsible for creating/modifying, scheduling, marketing, implementing, delivering and evaluating The Institute for Corporate and Continuing Education's workforce training programs and services. Key job responsibilities include: (1) acts as a liaison with various Chambers of Commerce, community associations, and state agencies (2) coordinates and identifies the need for continuing education courses in Insurance, Real estate, Finance, Construction and other workforce areas and (3) handles multiple responsibilities, solves complex problems and provides leadership to instructors and trainers.
