Seeking individuals for Part-Time Evening Contact Center Representatives . Located in Cedar Rapids, IA. The hours are Monday thru Thursday 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Excellent computer / typing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good listening skills
Ability to multi-task
Self-Motivated / Self-starters
Previous customer service or contact center experience preferred
