Our sales associates are the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back time after time. The sales associate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, provide superior product knowledge to our customers and work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.
o Create a customer centric environment by delivering exceptional service both in store and thru timely follow-up by phone and email. Collect and accurately record customer contact information.
o Participation in all facets of the day to day operations of the store, including customer service, cash register operation, light cleaning, sales floor replenishment, and stock receipts and processing.
o Use of information technology to record sales figures for data analysis and forward planning.
o Open-minded positive attitude, dynamic and able to be self directed.
o Support the Company C brand and connect with Company C customers through lifestyle understanding.
Education and Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in retail sales experience preferably in a home furnishing or décor environment.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail.
o Ability to lift 70lbs unassisted and move freely around the sales floor.
o Weekends, evenings and holidays required.
o Other duties as assigned by business need.
