These part-time, 30 hour a week, positions will be based out of our Southridge Mall store. These positions are eligible for full benefits.
Candidates must have availability to work between the hours of 9:30AM to 9:30PM Monday through Saturday and 10:30AM to 6:30PM on Sundays.
Base rate of pay is $10.00/hour plus commissions.
Pro-actively sell all Time Warner Cable products and services to customers. Provide superior customer service assistance at the retail mall stores by responding to routine customer inquiries relevant to payment issues, general information, installation, changes in service, and service problems
Essential Job Functions:
Pro-actively sell to customers visiting the store to purchase additional products and services that offer value added benefits.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers both in store and the telephone.
Complete orders for new sales, generate installs, upgrades, downgrades, disconnects and transfers.
Respond to service billing or sales related issues efficiently and effectively while following the prescribed department policies and procedures.
Accept and process payments from customers.
Reconcile daily cash in-take ensuring each drawer balances without any cash variances.
Complete equipment transactions through exchanges, returns or issuance of new equipment.
Educate customers and answer questions in regard to equipment, billing or sales.
Utilize personal computer to process customer information and answer customer questions regarding billing, equipment and entertainment options.
Responsible for the completion and follow-up of customer accounts through interaction with other departments.
Communicate customer concerns and requests to management.
Complete orders for new sales, installs, upgrades, downgrades, disconnects, transfers, and equipment exchanges.
Respond to and correct service billing or sales related problems efficiently and effectively while following the prescribed department policies and procedures.

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) preferred
Minimum one-year sales experience in a fast paced, challenging sales environment.
Minimum one-year customer service and cash handling experience.
Must have flexibility in work schedule availability.
Strong PC skills with the ability to learn complex billing systems and various software applications quickly. Must be able to understand, maneuver within, and interpret data from software applications after a short training session.
Must perform entries into the computer system quickly and accurately.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively listen comprehend and interact with internal and external customers.
Must present a courteous, professional image to internal/external customers at all times.
In a team focused environment, must demonstrate positive behaviors, be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast pace environment.
Must have substantial aptitude skills in basic math, keyboarding, and spelling.
Previous selling services to an end user within a retail environment required
Previous experience with MS Office required
Previous experience with in-store promotion and/or marketing experience a plus
Must be able to work in a culturally and socio-economically diverse environment and be willing to give all customers consistent and equal levels of high quality service.
Detail oriented with strong accuracy and problem solving skills.
Must be resourceful, self-motivated, and self-sufficient and have the ability to take the initiative.Preferred Qualifications:
Bi-lingual skills preferably Spanish, a plus
