Cheerfully respond to telephone requests for withdrawals, transfers, balance inquiries, and other information. Recognize and refer cross-sell opportunities. Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with members and potential members to achieve sales goals and provide quality member service.
**Part-time staff schedule would be for either 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm weekdays (4 of 5 days), plus Saturdays.
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and customer service, banking, and/or hospitality experience. Must have outstanding verbal communication and telephone skills. Prior call center or telephone experience is a plus. Sales background is also a plus.
