Job Description

This position provides secretarial and clerical support to the Associate in Science office to enable effective office operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Strongly prefer applicants with: (1) effective written and verbal communications skills, (2) proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel), (3) excellent customer service skills, and (4) solid team orientation.

Supplemental Job Information

The current work hours available are Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 - 7:30 pm with additional opportunities to fill in for other staff when needed.

Additional Documents Required

If the applicant is not substituting prior-related work experience for the educational requirement of an awarded Associate's degree or two-year college equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours) from a regionally accredited educational institution, must bring a copy of diploma or transcript when selected for an interview.
