Job Description

This position provides secretarial and clerical support to the Student Services office to enable effective office operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Strongly prefer applicants with: (1) working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (2) ability to work on their own with little supervision, (3) ability to be detailed oriented and (4) good spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Supplemental Job Information

This is a part-time position that will not exceed 29 hours per week. The schedule will be coordinated upon hiring (probably three or four days a week).

Additional Documents Required

If the applicant is not substituting prior-related work experience for the educational requirement of an awarded Associate's degree or two-year college equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours) from a regionally accredited educational institution, must bring a copy of diploma or transcript when selected for an interview.
