Job Description

This position provides secretarial and clerical support to the Emergency Medical Services department in Health, Wellness and Sports Technologies office to enable effective office operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer applicants with: (1) experience in health care or education and (2) working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel).

Supplemental Job Information

The schedule will be coordinated upon hiring (probably three or four days a week).

Additional Documents Required

If the applicant is not substituting prior-related work experience for the educational requirement of an awarded Associate's degree or two-year college equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate semester hours) from a regionally accredited educational institution, must bring a copy of diploma or transcript when selected for an interview.
