- Interact with sales directors and/or customers directly to identify
packaging needs and possible solutions
- Create innovative and cost-effective solutions for packaging problems
- Present packaging solutions to management and sales, or directly to
customer
- Recommend and assist with procurement of special materials, specialty
vendors, or other items for packaging solutions
- Produce drawings, samples and proto-types for testing and customer
review
- Perform quality control functions for first-run items including but
not limited to press proofs and sample inspection

Qualifications:
- Artios CAD experience preferred
- Proficiency in: TOPS/CAPE; Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator
- 4 year design or related degree; 5-10 years professional experience in
packaging
- Experience with various materials (corrugated, folding carton, vacuum
forming etc.
