Removes packaged bread and rolls from conveyor line and places into baskets. Inspects materials, products, and containers at each step of packaging process. Monitors the packaged product for quality standards. Starts and adjusts packaging machinery; assists co-workers when system is not running properly and requests when necessary repairs from the maintenance department. Maintain counts of finished product to meet generated orders. Adheres to all safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
