Publishers Clearing House, PCH, headquartered in Port Washington, NY, is a multi-channel direct marketer of value based merchandise, magazines and promotional offers and a leading provider of digital “play and win” entertainment. PCH has an immediate opening for a Paid Search Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the user acquisition channels including performance-driven Paid Search, Real Time Bidding (RTB) and Affiliate.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing paid search/RTB/Affiliate campaign performance against company goal

Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations

Developing and continue expanding keyword lists, ad copy and landing pages

Track and manage budget spending and ROI

Explore and recommend new and innovative creative paid search solutions and tests

Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field

5-7 years of hands on experience in online marketing

Experience managing ROI driven paid search and affiliate

Strong web analytical skills, proficient with analytical tools such as Omniture or Google Analytics

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required including pivot table and Vlookup

Must have strong project management skills

Must have media buying experience
