Hiring- Internal Auditor / Assets Protection / Special Assignments

• Internal Audits -- Operations
Restaurant Audits performed based on Audit Exception/B-50 reports and other factors
+ Provide training to the Management staff based on the audit results
+ Immediate audit follow up as needed with each manager until problem situations are resolved
+ Audit follow-up monthly until compliance with audited policy and procedure is assured
+ Provide written feedback to Area Coach and executive team on individual store/management training

• Investigate Cash and Asset Losses
Investigate restaurants based on the Audit Exception/B-50 reports and other factors
+ As needed - Perform internal audit, employee interviews, etc.

• Bad Checks/Bad Debt
Bad Check Hot Lists printed every 2 weeks -- distributed to locations via fax and to Coaches
Monitor check collections vendor for accurate check guarantee payments
Monthly reporting of Bad Check Stats
Continued review of overall collections performance -- pursue proposals from other vendors

• Credit Cards
Monitor compliance with credit card acceptance standards
Document daily chargebacks and maintain chargeback stats report
Maintain relationship with CC vendor -- order cc terminals
Manage all credit card settlement issues as identified by the Area Coach or Store Report Auditors

• Policy & Procedure
Write policy and procedure as needed and as directed
Proactive response to problems/opportunities
+ Prevent asset losses; Protect company assets

• Security
Administer the Certicom Security program
Monthly reporting of Security Program compliance
Track all law enforcement fines for false alarms; dispute fines if needed

• Robbery & Theft
Track and follow up on all large theft and robbery issues

• Newsletter
Write/edit the company newsletter every month -- print and distribute.

• Safety
Collect and monitor safety reports turned in by the safety auditor
Monthly reporting of safety issues to Operations and HR
Provide training on major safety concerns through the company newsletter

• Worker's Compensation and General Liability Claims
Review all claims as reported by Human Resources
Follow up on every employee incident with employee, restaurant, and coach.
Situation resulting in accident has been fixed
Employee is following recommended care; return to work program; etc.
Monthly reporting to HR

• WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credits) -- Other Tax Credit Incentives
Request / monitor IT Payroll records sent to ADP for processing.
Quarterly status reports for Execs and Operations.
Maintain relationship with ADP Tax Management - monitor for new or missed opportunities.

• Coupons/Discounts -- Pizza Hut
Constant retraining of management and staff (policy and documentation procedures)
Monitor accuracy of coupon and discount programs that are rolled to the field.

60% Travel required - Clean Driving Record, Drivers License

Pass MVR, Backround and Drug Test
