An international law firm is recruiting for a Paralegal Manager to staff, train, and oversee up to 35 Litigation Paralegals. The position will be based in the firm?s NYC Office.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and distribute paralegal daily assignments
Measure workload and productivity, making rearrangements as necessary
Organize the paralegal evaluation process, including salary increases and bonus proposals
Monitor billing hours and distribute reports to the COO
Propose paralegal budget and monitor expenses
Coordinate firm orientation and additional training
Requirements:
At least three years of paralegal management experience within Litigation
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Advance Degree or JD is a plus
