Provide support to 6 staff attorneys for construction litigation and related matters; assist with file organization; document management including e-discovery; the case management system; create reports to track matters handled by the Section; and any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional litigation support knowledge including working knowledge of electronic discovery and related issues, knowledge of court related civil procedure, familiarity with litigation related issues, ability to access databases and Word, and the ability to exercise logical reasoning in decision making. Because of frequent telephone contact with citizens, other state agencies and outside law firms, excellent communication skills, including a courteous and professional telephone manner, are required. Candidate also must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and adjust priorities without close supervision. Position requires the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Candidate must demonstrate leadership skills indicating the ability to work with the Section Chief, Legal Secretary Senior and Administrative Managers in accomplishing the day-to-day work of the Section.
