Responsible for supporting lawyers in matter management maintainenace, basic research, document production and various initiatives.
The Paralegal will be responsible for the following:
Litigation support (i.e., document retention notices, witness schedules, document production, reporting, etc.).
Maintain various databases for matter management/reporting.
Provide third party subpoena support: collecting data.
Liaison with outside counsel.
Independently draft documents (examples include: preservation notices, legal response letters, affidavits, etc.).
Assist/Manage various department/company initiatives and specialized business improvement projects; other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree or 11 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate environment.
7+ years of prior paralegal experience in supporting litigation and/or labor and employment.
