Job Description:
Paralegal - Under general supervision, provides
paralegal and administrative support to the Law
Division. Researches and analyzes law sources such as
statutes, recorded judicial decisions, legal articles,
treaties, constitutions, and legal codes to prepare
compliance state filings, subpoena responses and
compliant corporate documentation. Assists with
litigation management, budget planning and corporate
books and records of subsidiary companies. Drafts
reports for Insider Trading. Additionally, this position
is responsible for the Compliance & Market Conduct
training administration for employees. Regularly
interacts with senior management and maintains highly
confidential/sensitive information.

Job Requirements:
Associates's degree in Paralegal Studies of its
equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in the field or
in a related area required. Familiar with a variety of
the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; highly
skills in the use of PC software including litigation
management software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Email; ability to communicate with all levels of
management and non-management; and demonstrated ability
to multi-task and handle highly confidential information
