This position reports to a Vice President - Assistant General Counsel and will provide paralegal support in the management of a domestic and international trademark portfolio, including trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. The position also requires assisting attorneys in the drafting and negotiation of trademark and copyright assignments and licenses, and royalty agreements. Experience with TTAB opposition/cancellation proceedings, UDRP actions, copyrights, domain name registrations, and UDRP actions, is also preferred.
The position requires the ability to work well in a team environment, assist internal clients, recognize and quickly synthesize legal issues proactively, develop and implement strategies which address cross-functional concerns and multiple legal areas, communicate and coordinate with multiple client areas, outside counsel and other legal divisions, prepare reports, draft legal documents and prepare comprehensive research.

•2-4 years in a law firm or corporate legal department in a paralegal capacity handling a variety IP issues with a focus on trademarks.
•Experience maintaining a domestic and international trademark portfolio.
•Paralegal certificate or degree program preferred with a minimum of 2-4 consecutive years in a law firm or corporate legal department.
•Experience maintaining a patent portfolio preferred.
