The Paralegal position is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support to the Williams Lea Legal Department.

  • Draft, edit, and negotiate standard sales and procurement contracts (including MSAs, NDAs, marketing contracts and RFP responses).
Negotiate and ta i lor specific contract provisions, within corporate legal guidelines, to address internal and external client requirements.

Assist attorneys with preparing first draft legal documents, general correspondence, and other more complex transactions on an “as required” basis.

Provide administrative support to legal department.

Review and track execution and archiving of corporate contracts.

Prepare and update various department manuals, including contract playbook terms.

Ability to manage large workflows while maintaining accuracy of work product.

Frequent interaction with clients in which excellent communication and good customer service is necessary.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an Associate’s degree in paralegal studies.

Minimum of five years of experience in paralegal field or in-house legal counsel contract administration position.

Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and team environment.

Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

Prioritize and manage workflow.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong interpersonal communication skills required.

Excellent organizational skills required. Requires ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.

Ability to use a multitude of software applications including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes on an intermediate proficiency level. Track record of delivering quality business focused solutions.
