Job Duties:
Responsible for performing maintenance and repair work at all Park Facilities (approx. 250 structures).
Set concrete forms for desired pitch & slope.
Mix concrete and mortar to install blocks, stones and bricks.
Decides material needed on certain jobs; orders all necessary parts from supply houses.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have two (2) years experience maintenance and repair work on buildings and other facilities.
Technical or trade school training preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license and a Class B Missouri (CDL) with proper endorsement or obtain within 6 months.
Must submit to/pass pre-employment drug screen test/background check.
Non-smokers preferred. BARGAINING UNIT POSITION.
