Based in New York City, you will play an integral role in the marketing efforts and new business initiatives for ESPN The Magazine and ESPN Insider.

Manage aspects of subscription marketing and retention efforts, such as email campaigns and testing, redirect requests, direct mail & other seasonal promotions as needed.
Oversee insert card promotions: create print order, design creative concepts, work with Production department, create phone numbers & URLs; work with fulfillment house on back end set-up, tracking, and reporting.
Manage inbound Customer Service requests (ESPN Coaches program, Bills, Renewals and New Business). Update Customer Service instructions & scripts for call centers.
Responsible for all SAP input and upkeep for Circulation Department.
Maintain and update all reports for outgoing promotions – including Omniture tracking and fulfillment house updates.
Update online and print creative, including: Magazine Space Ad & article links on ESPN The Magazine index page.
Contribute to seasonal campaigns as needed.
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, and a background with online marketing. PC proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent oral/written communication skills will be expected.
Knowledge of Content Editor, SAP and Omniture a plus.
