Penhall is currently accepting applications for a part time (8 hours / 3 days per week) Administrative Professional in a fast paced position with a variety of responsibilities. Penhall routinely operates in new environments therefore this position requires structure while still encouraging the freedom to think creatively. Position Requirements: Excellent communication skillsGeneral office administration experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft applications Excellent customer service skills a positive attitude Must be organized and able to work on more than one project at a time1 3 years of related construction administration with emphasis in pre-liens, payables, document filing, etc. Additional Skills: Experience with I Series / AS400 is a plus Experience with certified payroll is a plusStrong leadership skills, creative thinker, attention to detail, and big picture potential We are concerned about the safety and protection of its employees while still protecting their privacy.
