Title of Position: Leasing Consultant (Part Time: Saturday and Sunday 10-5)
The Leasing Consultant role is primarily a sales position with an emphasis on customer service, meeting goals and achieving results. The Leasing Consultant will manage the sales process from start to finish; presenting apartments and the community in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building relationships and creating excitement. These relationships will be maintained by providing excellent customer service and helping current residents resolve problems as they arise.
The desire and ability to help people looking to rent apartments and continued exceptional service and relationship throughout their residency.
Qualifications and/or Experience:
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects
- Great Outgoing Personality and must be positive and friendly
- Must be persuasive and professional but not pushy or aggressive
- Be a real go getter with focus in Marketing and Outreach to increase traffic and interest in the community.
- Enjoy dealing with a variety of people and personality types
- STRONG multi-tasking, organization and administrative skills
- Be a TEAM PLAYER...we have a great staff and really positive work environment
Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and sales skills
Basic computer skills, attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
A college degree or some college coursework is desirable.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
Tax Credit experience a plus
YARDI experience a plus
Anticipated Work Schedule : Weekends: Saturday and Sunday 10AM - 5PM
