Include receiving phone calls, correspondence, tracking time cards, billing; working with, creating and updating spreadsheets, generating reports, track spending, filing, self organizing.

Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Great organizational skills, customer care experience, understanding or ability to easily learn a variety of computer applications (Excel, Word, Google Earth, etc.), good communication skills, independent, great multi-tasker, process oriented. Ability to report to and work from Atascadero office location.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and employees; Ability to work unsupervised at times, self motivated and able to work well with others. Good with numbers. Good working knowledge with computer programs such as “Outlook, Access, Excel and Word” preferred;. Well organized and detail oriented. Davey will provide training of specific tasks needed for the position.

Additional Information: Part time, perhaps full time hourly position. Starting wage depends on qualifications and experience. There will be a 6 month probationary period through a temporary agency before being hired on directly with Davey.
