POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a seasoned Office Assistant to work part-time (up to 15 hours a week) assisting the Executive Office Manager/Board Liaison with a variety of routine clerical duties. The successful candidate will be professional with experience navigating executive teams and board members.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Updating and maintaining Board of Directors binders for monthly meetings;
Contract Cataloging (electronic & permanent);
Assisting with meeting set-ups;
Run errands as needed (contract signings, supplies, etc);
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma required; some college preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Work related experience in office management and computer technology- preferably in the human services or other related environment
