Atlanta Personal Chef Service (www.AtlantaPersonalChefService.com) is focused on meeting the palate requirements of families across Atlanta. Personal Chefs must be professionally trained in the various cuisines, and able to combine technical expertise with dedication to understand and cater to the preferences, tastes and cookbooks of their clients.
The personal chef position will be approximately 28 hrs/wk on a regular basis, with the opportunity to help with dinner parties as needed.
Duties and responsibilities of a Personal Chef:
-Preparing any dish that is asked of them by Atlanta Personal Chef Service or clients
-Cooking the dishes on the menu in the healthiest way possible
-Cooking in appropriate portion sizes and ensuring that there is minimal wastage of food
-Shopping for groceries as necessary on a daily basis, and adhering to any special requests for extra grocery items asked by clients
-Monitoring and replenishing as needed any shared ingredients and cleaning supplies
-Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times, even while preparing meals
-Cleaning and organizing the kitchen after preparing meals
-Commitment to top-notch service with each and every meal
Qualifications required for a Personal Chef:
-A Degree or Certificate in Culinary Arts
-Three to tens years experience in fine dining or upscale casual cooking (dinner party experience as well a plus). This job is not an executive chef position.

-Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be available between the hours of 1-7pm, Mon - Fri
