Scarborough Operations is currently seeking Part-Time Research Interviewers to conduct nationwide surveys (evenings and weekends) in the San AntonioResearchCenter.
Candidates must be seeking long-term, part-time work and willing to commit to working a minimum of 20 hours per week including Friday night and Saturday during the day for at least 5 hours.
Candidates fluent in Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply!
Research Interviewers conduct telephone interviews contacting respondents and asking questions about television viewing, radio listening, newspaper reading and internet usage.
Interviewers must read questions exactly how they are written and record responses via the computer. Must be able to work Tuesday through Friday from 6:00pm -10:30pm and Saturday from 12pm-5pm Ability to sit for long periods of time without interruption. Ability to persevere and maintain a pleasant telephone manner while interacting with a wide variety of personalities. Ability to perform simple data entry to enter responses at an appropriate pace with accurate typing skills. Ability to listen to responses and make decisions about survey administration and interviewer response, based on those responses. Ability to read questionnaires to respondents at an appropriate pace, with accurate pronunciation and clear diction. Ability to follow written and oral directions. Must have a High School diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, but not required
