Hill International is currently seeking a Part time Construction Administrator to work 20-30 hours a week out of our Columbus, OH office.

Responsibilities:

•Compose and type routine correspondence and meeting minutes
•File correspondence, business development materials, project management and financial records
•Manage the purchasing of office supplies, computer supplies, copier and printer supplies
•Assist in the coordination and development of Invoicing
•Conduct Market Sector research

•Conduct Client Assessments

Qualifications:

•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Experience using Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is needed
•Invoicing experience and office management skills are a plus.
