Applications are now being accepted for a part-time Custodian working 20 hours a week, in the Parks and Recreation department. The position requires the ability to keep municipal buildings and adjacent grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties, minor maintenance, and event setup/tear down. Must be flexible to work day, evening, weekend, holidays and special events.
QUALIFICATIONS: HS/GED or equivalent training and 1 year custodial experience and valid drivers’ license with good driving record. Must have physical ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions. Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and background investigation. Starting pay range is $11.04-$13.29 per hour (DOQ).
