REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources
Status: Part-time; Hourly; Non-exempt
Act as the first source of support for computer user questions and problems. Assist the Director of H.R. with technology purchases and installation and disaster recovery. Act as administrator for EMR system and other applications as assigned. Input client and agency information into various applications.
Be the primary contact for user support, resolve Level I and II problems;
Assist the Director of HR in the analysis of needed software or networking technology;
Assist in phone system maintenance;
Perform network and server support as directed, maintain user accounts and data backups;
Perform and direct desktop hardware/software installation and maintenance;
Generate specialized reports as required for reporting purposes to funding and other governmental entities;
Input information into various agency systems with speed and accuracy;
Other duties as assigned.
TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES
Two or more years experience with computers and computer training;
Strong knowledge of desktop and network technologies and Windows operating systems;
Strong customer service orientation.
Work well under pressure, and respond to constantly shifting priorities;
Meet reasonable deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
Install, configure, repair and support network and desktop equipment and applications;
Train users in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other common applications;
Resolve user problems, or refer them as appropriate;
Maintain inventory of all technology-related equipment;
Operate computers, computer peripherals, and statistical computer programs.
