Our client is seeking an individual to add to their team in a Part-time Office Administrator Assistant. This contract-to-hire position is available immediately. Hours are Monday-Friday 20 hours per week (Flexible hours).

Job Requirements
  • Create and organize installation folders
  • Receive/organize/enter vendor acknowledgements in software system
  • Receive/deliver labor in system
  • Assist with accounts receivable and collections maintenance
  • Data entry of labor sales orders and job cost entries
  • Learn scheduling operations for potential future responsibilities
  • Various clerical duties (data entry, filing, and other related duties)
  • Obtain and deliver paperwork and equipment to other local locations
  • Answer telephone calls
Education Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
Other Requirements
  • Experienced in customer relations
  • Experience working in an business administrative role
  • Self-motivated energetic individual with a positive attitude
  • Computer experience - Microsoft Office Suite to include a thorough knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Organized
  • Work well under pressure and can adapt to changing priorities
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned
