Outpatient Therapist/Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist (Adults)

Windmoor Healthcare, located in Clearwater Florida is a 120-bed comprehensive behavioral health care facility that provides a wide range of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs and services. Our facility has been providing intensive treatment of dual diagnosis issues and the comprehensive approach is highly individualized, designed to guide patients and their families through the process of intervention, assessment and treatment. We are currently seeking a Therapist for our Partial Hospitalization program (PHP) to join our team. The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

The PHP program therapist delivers direct mental health/substance abuse services to patients through group therapy settings. PHP therapists also provide individual, family and related therapy services as needed. In addition, the therapist must perform assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review and other treatment documentation and processes as required.


EDUCATION: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or other related fields.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in group therapy dealing with mental health and substance abuse patients. Strong communication and organizational skill recommended.

Currently license from the State of Florida required for LCSW and LMHC

Current Florida Driver's License
