Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Partner Enablement Manager provides strategic direction, a primary point of contact for partners and coordinates internal company resources in the name of growing partners’ business through digital marketing. The Partner Enablement Manager will learn and understand partners’ businesses, identify new opportunities for growing their business, and translate the opportunities into successful solutions. A successful Partner Enablement Manager will drive increased partner revenue, increased partner satisfaction, and help establish Lyris as a leader in Digital Marketing solutions to the Agency/Reseller channel.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Lyris partner accounts

Ensure partners are enabled to support their client base on Lyris technology platforms

Ability to quickly understand, assess, and address partners' business challenges and prescribe account plans and consultative services – including, but not limited to, marketing creative, data optimization, and deliverability

Ensure partners are adhering to deliverability best practices and are compliant with industry regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.), through analysis of marketing methodologies and foreseeing future needs/hurdles

Educate partners on email marketing best practices to support their client base successfully and reflect the Lyris brand as a market leader.

Develop strong relationships with partners to protect ongoing revenue stream and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Collaborate with the Partner Sales organization to ensure seamless on-boarding of new partners to the partner program.

Work closely with internal departments such as Partner and Direct Sales, Deliverability, Professional Services, Consulting Services, and Customer Support to provide services required to meet partner program expectations

Enable partners to deliver account reviews and strategies to optimize their clients’ digital marketing return. This includes the ability to compare marketing performance through both a high-level and detailed guidance

Provide insight on partners’ needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent their views, requirements, and experience throughout the organization. Understand their marketing needs as it pertains to the Lyris platform capabilities

Define success metrics and create dashboards to communicate program success

Coordinate and deliver train-the-trainer partner events

Work with Product Marketing to define the enablement requirements

Plan and execute enablement plans for product launches

Engage with the corporate curriculum development team on the design and release on new education offerings specifically geared towards the partner channel

Desired Skills & Experience:
BA/BS required

3-5 years experience in online marketing (email, SEO/SEM, PPC)

Experience designing, creating and executing launch and partner programs

Understanding of tiered channel sales models

At least three years in program management in a global company

Self-directed, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding time management skills and strong business acumen

Proactive and initiative to get things done

Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment and less defined organization

Ability to work tactfully through challenging client issues
