Position Overview:
The Partner Integration (PI) team is responsible for exchanging data between our Payroll, HR, and Time and Labor products and the External partners that our clients use to provide other related services such as 401(k), benefits, banking and human capital management systems.The most successful PI Support Analysts are ones who make the effort to truly understand the business reasoning behind these conversions, transfers, or custom reports. The PI Support Analyst should be comfortable talking with external clients and business partners, be detail oriented, be able to learn to use tools to access data in relational databases (such as Access), be comfortable working with mathematical problems dealing with business objects, have the ability to troubleshoot complex problems, be very reliable, quality conscious, and highly organized.

The PI Support Analyst will be responsible for:
Setting Paylocity customers up to transfer data to existing external partners

Daily review and correction of all failed transfers

Review and auditing of all new setups and recovery from all failed transfers

Research and communication with Customers, External Partners, and internal service staff to answer all inquiries related to the PI department

Performance Objectives:
Daily review, research, and correction of files sent in error.

Set Paylocity customers up to transfer to existing Partners.

Audit daily maintenance activities

Review new setups, explain the setups to customers, and participate in setup reviews with customers and external partners.

Research transmissions and payroll data to respond to inquiries from customers, external partners, and internal support staff.

Required Experience:
Prior experience in a customer facing role is required

Prior experience with Payroll and/or Retirement Plans is a strong plus.

Ability to demonstrate prior work experience requiring detail and accuracy.

Prior work experience showing organizational skills and conscientiousness.

Ability to demonstrate prior ability or an ability and willingness to learn SQL.

Prior experience dealing with financial concepts.

Knowledge of data retrieval from a relational database, (such as Access), is vital as all of the work done will involve the retrieval and modification of data from relational databases is a plus.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills are required

Troubleshooting and analysis skills are required

Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
