Responsibilities

Manage partnership with Twitter’s strategic partners in Latin America

Help develop and grow relationship with key advertisers and agencies in Latin America

Evaluate partner needs / requests / ideas for new ways to expand the partnership

Maintain responsibility for driving day to day performance and results with partner

Define, develop, and implement scalable ad-optimization and delivery strategies

Define resource requirements for long-term expansion

Partner with Product and Sales to develop advertiser facing tools, & analytics

Negotiate terms with partner as needed

Requirements

5-7 years of Business Development, Partner Management, or Agency experience with an emphasis on Latin America

Strong understanding of the online advertising industry, including knowledge of the underlying technology, major companies, and research

Experience building and scaling teams that have worked with online advertising products and self-service platforms

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development as well as excellent written and communication skills

Aptitude, creativity and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision

Comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment

A deep understanding of Twitter’s ad products

Excellent communication

Heavy travel across Latin America
