The Role As Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building out Bizo ’s marketing engine to further fuel the company ’s very rapidly growing business. You will be primarily responsible for creating and executing measurable marketing programs that support the Business Development team ’s efforts to educate, recruit and enable new partners -- and increase channel partner revenues. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketing professional with exceptional writing and content development skills, and that unique blend of analytic, creative, and project management expertise. And, you should have a passion for driving revenue through great, hard-hitting, measurable marketing programs (hint: Do you get a little giddy when you see an opportunity in the pipeline or a closed deal that was sourced through a marketing program that you drove!?).

Responsibilities • Create and drive “break-through-the-noise ” outreach programs that reach and engage our target partner audiences • Develop collateral (e.g., PPT presentations, datasheets, case studies, white papers, videos, etc) designed to nurture, recruit, and enable partners • Develop copy for emails, landing pages, and support offer development • Partner closely with the rest of the marketing team to leverage existing channels and programs to reach partner audiences and ensure partner-focused messaging is well-integrated in the mix • Drive ongoing enhancement of the “partner section ” of the corporate website and the Bizo ’s Partner Success portalto enable new and existing partners • Identify and support Bizo participation at targeted industry events and conferences • Support end-to-end delivery and promotion of partner-centric webinars • Team closely with Business Development team to define, evolve and refine end-to-end partner lead management processes • Obsessively measure the impact of marketing spend impact; apply learnings on a daily basis to nimbly optimize programs Desired Skills " Experience • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing; experience and/or familiarity with the digital media and/or online advertising space a plus • Skills and experience spanning Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Marcom, although deeper pockets of experience may exist in one area more than others • Exemplary writing and communications skills • Solid PPT presentation development skills • Direct experience as a front-line user in Eloqua, Marketo,, Google Analytics, and AdWords all desirable • Strong analytical thinker • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to details • Passion for testing, measuring and improving marketing campaign effectiveness • Creative, proactive, “can-do ” mindset with a zeal to win!
