We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Partner Sales Account Manager. The incumbent will build Regional market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing Partner business relationships. Builds Regional market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing Partner business relationships.

Position Responsibilities Include:
Builds relationships with existing focal Partners, allowing access to mindshare and improve clear understanding of CommVault solutions.

Develops mutually-beneficial annual and quarterly business plans with Partner and CommVault stakeholders, using prescribed CommVault Partne rAdvantage format, outlining goals, objectives, strategy, actions, resources and tests.

Functions as Partner advocate and advisor to assigned CommVault sales teams, responsible for Partner interface to sales teams and Partner subject matter expert to field sales planning processes.

Insures clear Partner understanding of CommVault solutions by scheduling, acquiring resources for, insuring Partner attendance to and executing enablement activities.

Plans and executes lead generation activities with Partners, insuring maximum return on investment, consistency with CommVault messaging and leverage of CommVault field sales teams.

Monitors overall forecast and key opportunities to insure proper progress towards timely closure occurs. Takes responsibility for removal of obstacles to close relating to Partner business process.

Executes quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews with Partner, focusing on achievement of revenue, training, lead-generation and relationship objectives are met and planned.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
