Job Description:General Summary:
The ConnectWise Partner Support Consultant is a key
contributor in the implementation and continuous support
of the ConnectWise PSA (Professional Services
Automation) solution for our partner clients. The
underlying goal of ConnectWise PSA is to make our
partners' businesses more successful by automating and
streamlining their business processes.

Responsibilities / Essential Duties:
  • Responsible for assisting all customers with their
questions about any of our supported software to the
best of his/her ability and in a professional and
courteous manner
  • Always willing to find answers to all questions
addressed to them
  • Ready to research questions using a variety of manuals
and resources, and working with other Consultants and
staff in answering any customer's questions
  • Familiarize themselves with the research and
information resources and knowledge bases at hand
  • Willing to learn as he/she progresses in his/her
position and as he/she is faced with new questions and
  • Expected to stay abreast of current news, system
information, problems, changes and updates relevant to
our partner clientele
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent
  • Track and route problems and requests
  • Log all help desk interactions and document
  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a
timely resolution

Required Skills / Knowledge:
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects
  • Excellent listening and communications skills, both
verbal and written
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively
communicate through email
  • Knowledge of the IT, Professional Services, CRM or ERP
markets is preferred
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet
reasonable deadlines
  • Ability to build positive and collaborative
  • Willingness to develop professionally
  • Ability to work with little supervision
Expected Outcomes:
  • Success in the Partner Support Consultant position
will be based on your ability to meet or exceed the
partners' expectations
  • Support for new partners will be done by training them
on PSA in order to enhance business offerings and by
streamlining their business processes

Education / Previous Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required. MIS majors ideal!
  • MBA or other Master’s degree desirable
  • 2+ years consulting with a professional services firm
or software company delivering software implementation
services or similar industry experience is preferred

Work Conditions:
  • Professional office environment
  • Some travel required
Shifts/Hours: Eligible candidates must be willing to

work any of the below shifts:
  • First Shift – 8:00am – 5:00pm, 5 days a week
  • Second Shift – 5:00pm- 4:00am, 4 days a week
  • Third Shift- 2:00am- 1:00pm, 4 days a week
