Lead and direct all loyalty partnership relationships
within Sunoco. Lead the new "Sunoco Points" pilot launch
in the Distributor market. Lead, direct and develop all
emerging technologies for the Sunoco brand at all retail
Grocery Partnership: Assume day-to-day responsibility
for existing grocery partnership programs as well as
develop and launch new partnerships. Serve as the key
Sunoco Marketing contact for all loyalty/partnership
programs. Visit each partner home office and develop
working relationship with program leaders in each
organization. Develop and present monthly reporting for
all loyalty activity.
Sunoco Points: Lead and manage all marketing activities
during the pilot and potential Sunoco roll-out of the
“Sunoco Points” program. Direct all activity with Sunoco
IT, Technology Partners and the participating
Distributor’s to plan, develop and launch this new
program. Visit each market and work hand in hand with
the participating sites. Develop metrics to help
determine success of the “Sunoco Points” program.
Develop reports to track progress and react to issues
during the pilot. Develop weekly updates and present
monthly status reports to a cross-department team.
Create training materials for pilot sites and update
those materials with actual data for future roll-out
markets. Work closely with Distributor Division Managers
to plan complete roll-out of program to all Sunoco
Sunoco Rewards Roll-Back: Lead and manage all marketing
activities around the launch of the roll-back discount
associated with the Sunoco Rewards credit card. Direct
all activity with IT, Credit Card Marketing and
Operations to plan and execute roll-back at all Sunoco
locations. Develop marketing materials to announce the
launch of the pump roll-back at all retail locations.
Create weekly status reports to communicate the progress
of the roll-out.
Emerging Technology: Lead and manage all marketing
activity concerning the implementation of video screens
in gasoline dispensers at Sunoco locations. Lead all
activity with IT, Procurement and Marketing to help
direct the adoption of video screens in the dispensers
at Sunoco locations.Lead and direct all marketing
activity around emerging technology in the
gasoline/C-Store space. Research and prioritize
potential technologies to be implemented at Sunoco
locations. Work closely with IT and the Digital/Social
Manager to leverage all potential activities.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of
experience. Must have strong financial background.
