Varick Media Management is looking to add a Partnerships Coordinator to the New York, NY team. This position will play a key role in coordinating Partnerships activities for VMM. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years experience in digital media. This role will report into the VP, Strategy & Operations.
Develop, manage and refine relationships with media partners in a sophisticated and complex business environment
Facilitate communication with internal partners to effectively manage overall partnership (inventory nds, product strategy and needs, roadmaps, operational requirement)
Work across a network of existing partners
Structure terms and execute contracts with new partners, coordinating with Legal and Finance teams
Identify partnership opportunities; collect feedback on existing/potential utilization from internal and agency teams
Manage partnership deliverables
Assist in managing Partnerships pipeline and project prioritization
Coordinate with Marketing department on collaboration between teams.
Assist Billing team in collecting, processing and paying vendor and agency invoices.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in digital media, preferred business development experience
Existing publisher relationships not necessary but a plus
Experience with digital marketing, metrics, reporting, etc.
Comfortable wearing different hats; ability to translate product requirements to business neds
Passion for data-driven online advertising
Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
Ability to build excellent rapport with internal (Legal, Finance, Account, YODA, Sales) and external stakeholders; strong teamwork is a must
Comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction; demonstrated use of critical thinking techniques
