Lead our Comms & Media commercial business with associated Anchor Team clients. In alignment with our US Manufacturer Practice team structure, this includes 15+ clients within the client anchor team (PepsiCo, General Mills, Nestle, Unilever, P&G, J&J and CMCT – 500 clients). As of fiscal 2013, this role is responsible for delivering approximately $12 million + in gross revenue annually, shaping our future C&M offerings portfolio (including all solutions and delivery channels), having input in developing and effectively executing our client engagement go-to-market strategy. In doing so, this role will have managerial responsibility and talent development accountability for our team of US C&M Partnership Managers ranging from Grades 1 -3.

Internally, this role serves a US C&M Grocery Power of 3 Leader with their anchor leads for Client Line & Solutions. Externally, this role engages with mid to high level stakeholders of the anchor CPG clients both locally and at their US CPG Headquarter locations.

Develop and execute annual business & resource plans to deliver team objectives, including $12M+ in anchor team annual revenue

Develop client engagement strategies to maximize participation and value creation via our portfolio of established C&M solutions

Provide regular LT updates regarding progress, challenges and opportunities within the anchor and broader PM team
Grow and protect our customer advantage

Collaborate with internal and external business partners to shape, launch emerging solutions
·
Identify and contribute-to new solutions that generate value for customers and clients
·
Grow employee engagement
·
Manage and develop team of approximately 1-5 Partnership Managers
Skill/Knowledge
·
Successfully managing, developing & delivering sales results via team
·
Effectively engaging CPG Sales, Trade/Shopper Marketing and CPG HQ teams
·
Ability to apply customer insights to generate marketing, communication and media strategies and campaign ideas
·
Strategic thinking and problem solving, combined with the ability to effectively communicate recommendations
·
Ability to positively influence CPG decision-making regarding marketing and media programs including ROI
·
Displaying quality team leadership and talent development
·
Marketing, media planning, digital and/or consumer promotion experience with CPGs or agencies
·
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar field (Masters or similar preferred)
·
Ability to travel up to 25%
