PLEASE NOTE: This is a temp project non-staff position with an estimated duration of 9 months (April 2013 – December 2013), unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed

Role Purpose
Successfully assist on and execute many aspects of partner management and hospitality both in office and on-site at events. Their responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, Partner Management, Partner Communication, Partner Benefit Fulfillment, Partner Hospitality, and overall division organization and support.

Responsibilities

IN-OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner Management
    - Keep up-to-date list of partners and logos, communicating the list to the Alli staff
    - Maintain partner contact sheet
    - Maintain partner athlete roster
    - Maintain Partner & Agency Insurance Certificates
  • Partner Communication
    - Assist in the execution of the Dew Tour Partner/Staff Communication plan, working closely with the Partnerships Manager to ensure on-time delivery of materials to partners
    - Assist in the creation and delivery each communication piece to partners (Event Guidebooks, Event Handbooks, Event & Tour Summaries)
    - Develop and maintain partner photo catalogue system
    - Produce and distribute DVD copies of broadcasts to partners
  • Partner Gifts
    - Organize partner gift order and distribution
  • Apparel & Gift Bags
    - Organize & manage staff apparel
  • Miscellaneous
    - Maintain Partner Athlete Autograph Signing list to be distributed to staff
    - Assist with fulfilling partner credential requests prior to each event
    - Other tasks assigned by the Managers of Partnerships and Director of Partnerships

    ON-SITE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Benefit Fulfillment
    - Assist with distribution of tickets, credentials and parking passes to partners
    - Take pictures of all partner signage elements and activations for partner communication pieces
  • Partner Hospitality & Gifts
    - Assist with build out of the VIP Lounge while maintaining overall look and operation throughout each event
    - Staff / Oversee VIP towers and seating areas at each competition venue during finals
    - Manage skate deck signings at each competition final
  • Apparel & Gift Bags
    - Manage the organization and distribution of all staff apparel, as well as VIP gifts
  • Miscellaneous
    - Other tasks assigned by the Manager of Partnerships and Director of Partnerships

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications or Hospitality field.
  • At least one (1) year related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Burr Ridge, IL (Near Chicago, IL)
  • Must be willing to travel to on-site event locations, as needed (approximately 10% of time, max.)
