Primary Duties

  • Purchasing and Receiving Parts
  • Inventory Reconcialiations
  • Posting Parts to Work Orders
  • Entering Transfers between Locations
  • Packaging and Shipping Parts
  • Counting Inventory
  • Keeping Inventory Organized
  • Kit Assembly
  • Warehouse Organization
  • Working with Technicians to Order Correct Parts
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Working with Vendors to Identify Parts
  • Finding alternative sources for Parts
  • Other related duties as needed
  • Ability to Understand a Parts Breakdown
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude and Professional Manner
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Ability to Lift 40lbs
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 Years of Related Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong Organizational and Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus
