This Internship position is scheduled to start ASAP.
Maintain and communicate daily, weekly Sales Reports and Sales Forecasts to regional and internal personnel.
Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports to regional and internal personnel.
Maintain and publish documents and communications to the company website.
Support the team in preparation for presentations.
Develop new reporting tools and improve the current reports available to the team.
Create and interpret Sales databases.
Standardize / document SOP (Standards Operating Procedures) within the Parts and Accessories Team.
Facilitate meetings and conference calls.
Directly support the management in ad hoc reporting.
Must be enrolled in a University/College or Graduation date must be within the last six months.
Extensive PowerPoint capabilities, including the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional presentations.
Ability to quickly learn and retain new concepts, tools and industry specific information.
Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic.
Advance Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written (Extensive PowerPoint capabilities).
Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software (Develop Databases in MS Excel and MS Access and ability to use business warehouse type systems).
Integration – joining people, processes or systems.
